Natalie and Maryse attended a brilliant training course with Scott Langley Sensei and Ru Mew Sensei in Basingstoke. Loads to take home and work on, some fantastic thought provoking discussions, hard work but fun at the same time.
It was wonderful to have a lovely company of Maryse Sensei, great to see all our friends and make new friends. Natalie received a great advice and encouragement for the upcoming WUKF World Karate Championships from Steve Bailes Sensei - thank you for all your support.
