It has been another busy week full of great spirit and loads of hard work at both Cheltenham and Gloucester dojos.
We wish Natalie Sensei and everyone in the squad team the very best of luck as they head off to the WUKF World Karate Championships representing HDKI GB.
Please note, normal training continues at Sonchō Karate Club on Tuesday at Balcarras dojo and Friday at Abbeydale dojo. There will be NO TRAINING on Saturday.
Tuesday @ Balcarras 7:30-8:30 pm
Friday @ Abbeydale 5:00-6:00 pm
Saturday - NO TRAINING
