It was all about teamwork at Sonchō Karate Club this week - everyone helped each other, lower grades showed our new friends how to tie their belts, senior grades led the sessions and shared their experiences. Loads of kihon drills, kata & kumite practice, plenty of details covered, hard work, sweat and smiles all around.
Well done everyone, brilliant atmosphere in both dojos, see you next week!
