Another brilliant week full of hard work at Sonchō Karate Club.
Everyone has definitely stepped their game up as they have been preparing for the upcoming mini championships which is fantastic to see.
Good progress by the white belts too, and with the extra training session during the week and new friends joining in, the atmosphere in the dojo was great.
A little progress each day adds up to big results - step by step, consistency is key.
Well done everyone, you should be very proud of yourselves!
