Sonchō Karate Club Cheltenham and Gloucester dojos at the charity competition.

We are beyond proud of everyone who competed today. Thank you to all the wonderful parents and family members who go out of their way for their children, supporting them in their karate!

We took a small but very enthusiastic team, plenty of medals came home and how they were deserved! Everyone gained lots of experience and learned a thing, or two.

Congratulations everyone, you all did brilliantly, whether you medalled or not, the experience is worth much, much more.

Sophie & Viraaj did a fantastic job in their individual and team kata events. It takes an enormous amount of courage to perform in front of a large audience, very proud of you both
