Plenty of enthusiasm, intensive hard work and some spirited kiai’s in all sessions at Soncho karate club Cheltenham and Gloucester dojo this week.

You could feel the energy in the air as we concentrated on kihon, pad work, kata, kumite and teamwork helping each other.

The extra training sessions are increasing in intensity working on Shodan-Sandan syllabus, checking the form, polishing tokui kata, working on grading kumite.

Mindful training is the goal of each session, along with loads of repetitions and energy, we always train our mind, body and spirit at Sonchō Karate Club.

Brilliant work by all showing great attitude, well done everyone, keep training with that energy, it’ll transform your karate.
