Wonderful to see Maryse and Natalie training with Sensei Ohta today!

Since meeting back in 2017, these two have travelled the country together, learning from so many inspiring instructors. Great to see them making the most of this opportunity as well - truly inspiring

"It was a truly fantastic day training with Ohta Sensei at the JKA South West Region Open Course in Bath.

Ohta Sensei’s teaching was outstanding! It was a pleasure to partner with fellow karateka and work on fundamentals that challenged us all. Plenty to take away and bring back into our own training!

The Nijushiho session was especially inspiring, exploring the kata in detail and its applications. It was refreshing to revisit the kata after focusing on it throughout last year, with new insights to take forward.
