Grading preparation continues at Sonchō Karate Club Cheltenham and Gloucester dojo

It was another productive week at Sonchō Karate Club full of hard work and loads of grading practice. Advanced grades worked on kihon form using selected combinations that required connection, compression and drive.

Loads of energy and brilliant spirit by all in all sessions!

In less than 2 weeks we’ll welcome our grading examiner Bob Rhodes Sensei to Cheltenham. Bob Sensei will teach 2 sessions which are open to all, followed by kyu grading examination for club members only.
