Fantastic morning full of karate at Soncho Karate Club in Cheltenham with Sensei Simon Bligh.

Simon Sensei put everyone through their paces today with 2 challenging sessions focusing on different elements really pushing everyone.

Kyu grades worked on a fast start, back leg drive, kicks and more kicks!!!

Tube training for brown and black belts, Sandan / Nidan kihon and kumite drills, Natalie demonstrated and taught Sandan syllabus principles and Nijushiho and we finished the day with grading kata.
