Tuesday @ Balcarras Sports Centre 7:30-8:30pm

Friday @ Abbeydale Sports & Community Centre 5:00-6:00pm

Saturdays - Saturday Morning Keiko in the park.

As in previous years, training in the park is weather dependent!!!
