It was an honour to have HDKI GB squad coaches Julie Nicholson and John Holdsworth Senseis teach us this morning at Sonchō Karate Club in Cheltenham.

Fantastic 3.5 hours of training with plenty of tips and advice and students joining in from other clubs too.
