Brilliant day at the HDKI GB National Squad Training - Kumite Only Session, loads of great tips from our national coaches John Holdsworth, Julie Nicholson and Nick Keys Senseis. The Squad is currently preparing for the 5th HDKI (Ireland) Open Shotokan Karate Championships in May and WUKF World Championships in July 2023.
