Brilliant day at the HDKI GB National Squad Training today. Great to see everyone again.

This time I had the honour of being joined by my 3 superheroes!!! Their dedication to training is exceptional and I absolutely love the commitment they put into all they do! Very proud of them, an absolute pleasure to share my karate path with.
