Exemplary commitment to karate training by Soncho Karate Club Cheltenham and Gloucester

Brilliant day as Soncho Karate Club Cheltenham and Gloucester members travel to train in Liverpool at the open course with Ross Stewart Sensei and Stuart Amos Sensei.

It was fantastic to see Hazel and Laurel train hard and learn loads. They faced the challenge of partnering up with senior karateka from different clubs and received plenty of support and encouragement. When you partner up with someone who challenges you, you try to rise up to their level and that makes your karate grow!!!

With this being their first course outside the dojo, such commitment deserves a recognition.

Maryse and Natalie keep training hard in and out the dojo, learning loads, bringing training tips and ideas back to the dojo to work on.

Deep bow and much respect to you all, your commitment to training is exemplary, especially when you sacrifice your day off to travel and train at other clubs!
