Massive congratulations to Charlie on passing his Shodan grading today.

It has been a journey like no other, there were many hills to climb and challenges to overcome. Charlie’s commitment to preparing for this day has been phenomenal, normal training, extra training, we drilled and drilled and drilled some more. The feedback was always taken with an open mindset and I was in return challenged by questions that helped my own development too.

They say black belt is not something you wear, it’s something you become,

you certainly have got that black belt mindset Charlie. It has been an honour to guide you on your journey to Shodan and now that the foundations have been laid, let’s build on them! Well done Charlie !!!
