Busy day at the HDKI GB National Squad Training in Dudley

What a great end to another productive week! It was really nice to see our friends and train with everyone who came to the HDKI GB National Squad Kumite Training.
A colossal thank you goes to our squad coaches Julie Nicholson, John Holdsworth and Nick Keys Senseis for all their advice and a very informative kumite session with loads to take home and work on.
