Brilliant energy in Cheltenham and Gloucester dojo at Soncho Karate Club this week.
Everyone trained super hard, plenty of repetitions, revision, new things for some, loads of partner work working on control, snap and drive.
Fantastic to see how all the white belts are progressing, working hard on their 3Ks and learning how to apply the basic blocks.
We started our extra training focusing on Sandan elements using feedback and tips we received from the mock grading.
There will also be extra grading preparation sessions for children starting this Monday at Abbeydale dojo, 5-6pm.
