Another very productive week at Soncho Karate Club.
B&B sessions focused on the back stance, used different drills that helped us pay a lot of attention to our footwork, timings and posture.
All grades got the pads out and worked on the correct hand/foot position on the impact point.
Kyu grading practice has been the main focus over the past few weeks and everyone has stepped their game up which is fantastic to see!
Great to see all our new members settling in well, and lovely to meet new friends too! Stanley has made some serious progress since he started training with us, very impressive!
Well done everyone, yet again you all trained hard, drilled and drilled and drilled some more! Keep it up guys, hard work pays off!!
