What a fantastic day at the HDKI GB Christmas Course 2025!

As always, the sessions had a way of making me feel like a complete beginner - in the best possible way - while reigniting the motivation to keep learning, improving, and developing. It was brilliant to train alongside and catch up with karateka from clubs across the country.

A huge thank you to the dedicated team working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event happen year after year. Your commitment and support don’t go unnoticed and deserve a huge credit - these courses simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

Congratulations to everyone who successfully passed their gradings, and to those given another opportunity - make the most of it, you’ll come back stronger than ever!

The evening meal was a well-earned treat and the perfect way to celebrate another successful year with my karate family. I laughed so much my face and stomach hurt! Thank you Chris for the great company and endless laughs, and to the Sanjo team for sharing your energy.
