It was fantastic to see Charlie, Maryse, and Natalie training with Scott Langley Sensei last Saturday! A brilliant session, and definitely something we’ll be building on further in the dojo. Huge thanks to Steve Bailes Sensei for organising - the timing couldn’t have been better. The ideas from the session will be put to great use in our senior grades training over the coming weeks.

Great work from Yingtai, Zoë, Hazel, Maryse and Natalie at today’s HDKI GB National Kumite Squad Training! They all trained hard and brought back plenty of valuable points we can put into practice in the dojo.
