Sonchō Karate Club at the GB Open International Karate Championships.
We thoroughly enjoyed the GB Open International Karate Championships today, it was great to have Andrea Sensei and her squad team be our coaches - a real treat and definitely a very valued one too.
Just a reminder of the training schedule next week:
Monday @ Abbeydale 5-6pm
Tuesday @ Balcarras 7:30-8:30pm
Friday @ Abbeydale 5-6pm
Saturday @ Balcarras 9-10am 10-11am 11-11:30am kumite
Make the most of the training sessions available - competitions (Kata Buddies Mini Championships in aid of FairFight and HDKI GB National Open Championships) AND most importantly GRADING are just round the corner.
