Sonchō Karate Club at GB Open Karate Championships in Birmingham

We had such a good day at the GB Open Karate Championships.

Some Sonchō students came to spectate the competition and learn from it!

Natalie got to perform a new tokui kata in the final round!!! She placed 5th but very happy to test the new kata, onwards and upwards 😉

Kumite was fun as always, 3rd place in Natalie's category.
