A very good day in Guildford, it was great to see Bob Sensei today working on challenging bunkai combinations of Heian Nidan and Tekki Nidan.
Neil Sensei's accuracy and precision training was a fantastic session. Great to train with old and new friend, everyone enjoyed the day. Loads to take home and work on, thank you.
