We eased back in gently this first week of karate lessons in Cheltenham and Gloucester. Loads planned for this year, from our regular sessions on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, to gradings, guest instructors, karate seminars, squad trainings, competitions, karate travels and socials.
